  we only stayed for one night and it was a really nice place to stay. we liked that they had a kitchen. staff was great. right across from where we were there was shopping and food. really close to the freeway. the contenental breakfast was really good.

  This hotel is nice and new. the problem i have is that they have billed me an additional $1,675 and they can't tell me what it is for. ...

  This hotel is nice and new. The problem I have is that they have billed me an additional $1,675 and they can't tell me what it is for. I have called in twice weekly since the stay and still no progress. I have formally complained to the corporate billing department twice with no follow up on their end. I just got off the phone and the staff is handling this lackadaisically, passing me off from one rep to another. I just want them to give me back my money. My recommendation: Stick with a Marriott or Hilton property. They have properties in this same price range, go with someone solid and save yourself the trouble. Now I just hope the AMEX fraudulent charges department takes care of the situation for me.
